A brand new multi-family residential development has been created as part of the proposed hotel and apartment complex. The architectural concept of the newly designed buildings refers to the rhythm of the historical divisions, but the far simplified architectural form makes it clear that this is a modern development. Terraces designed on the roof of the building offer views of the Old Town and the Motława River. Respectful of the medieval neighbourhood, light coloured clinker bricks were used as the main façade material in the design.
