The four-storey residential building has been designed in the form of two overlapping volumes, one of which is covered with a gabled roof. The form of the building is inspired by the architecture of Sopot houses. A bay window living area overhanging the ground floor is a direct reference. The main vertical communication is provided by lift, and an external staircase is also planned. The selection of façade materials includes ceramic tiles, fibre cement panels and aluminium sheeting. The ground floor includes a garage.
