Conversion of a historical warehouse building into a hotel. Inside the brick building, a completely new spatial layout has been designed to function as a four-star hotel. Some of the original ground floor and basement walls were reused. The original part now houses the reception, breakfast room and conference room. The interior design highlights the centuries-old brick walls contrasting with the bright colours of the new elements. The design interference with the shape of the external walls has been kept to a minimum due to the need to preserve the historic form of the façade.
