The main compositional concept of the design is two buildings connected to each other on levels -1 and -2. Both buildings, shaped in the form of a ‘U’, open up with their courtyards to the park greenery, which is a natural continuation of the composition of the designed development. The main compositional directions of the neighbourhood that determine the shape of the designed development are found in the geometry of the patio.
