Office building in Gdynia

Gdynia, ul. Hryniewickiego

Project: 2016

Area: 29,750 m2

The main idea behind the architectural concept of the office and service complex on Waszyngtona Street in Gdynia is to create a clearly defined pedestrian route connecting the corner of the designed quarter with the newly designed city park. The open corner of the designed quarter introduces pedestrians to its interior, and at the end of the pedestrian route, there is a view of the greenery of the newly designed park through a two-storey gated passage.

The compact composition is softened by the rounded corners of the glass façades located on the top floor and in the ground floors of the buildings. Such forms with rounded corners shall be perceived by the users as a friendly element referring at the same time to the modernism of Gdynia
